Scott is responsible for kidney disease trials and discovery against Fleet and other sellers of oral saline laxatives. Scott previously served as a law clerk to a federal trial judge and successfully prosecuted and supervised hundreds of high-level felony cases as an Assistant District Attorney in New York County.
Scott received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1995 and a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1992. Scott is admitted to the Bars of New York and California.
