Bernard is responsible for kidney disease litigation strategy and trials. Bernard has served as lead counsel in numerous products liability cases, in which he has developed and implemented novel and aggressive trial strategies that have resulted in favorable rulings and courtroom successes.
Bernard received a J.D. in 1996 from Fordham University, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He also earned numerous awards for excellence in writing while at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, from which he obtained a B.A. in English, magna cum laude. Bernard is admitted to the Bars in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia.
