Jim, a nationally renowned trial lawyer, is in charge of kidney disease litigation. Jim has acted as lead trial counsel in complex federal and state products liability trials across the country.
Jim received a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame in 1983 and a B.A. in economics summa cum laude from East Stroudsburg University in 1980, graduating first in his class. Jim is admitted to the Bars in New York and New Jersey.
