Biography

Bernard has been representing plaintiffs in Fleet Phospho-soda products liability litigation since 2004.  Although he primarily handles cases in New York and New Jersey, Bernard has been admitted in jurisdictions throughout the country to prosecute claims against the manufacturers of Fleet Phospho-soda.  Bernard has also served as lead counsel in numerous individual latex glove and asbestos products liability cases, and was an active member of the Defense Coordinating Committee in New York’s consolidated Natural Rubber Latex Gloves Products Liability Litigation.
